After receiving the item, if the merchandise is not as described or
damaged contact seller within the 3 day time you have received the item (We are not responsible for postal damage). . The returns for other reasons, such as change of mind, mistaken purchases, or buyers remorse, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. 20% Restocking fees will also be applied .I send all my larger items and large orders priority through USPS so it will be insured. If item is damaged You must provide a photo of the damaged item & all packaging to USPS to claim insurance. All my items are Styrofoam between both pieces if 2 piece item, shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped, or bubble envelope,. packed with shredded paper or peanuts tightly packed in a box.
